InnVenture Innovazione & Sviluppo S.a.s. (below InnVenture or the Company) collects personal data of customers and suppliers, including potential ones, belonging to the category of so-called "Identifiable Data", such as surname and first name, email address, telephone/cell phone number, etc..

The eventual collection of personal data as "Special Data" will be preceded by an adequate communication about their typology, as well as the purposes and methods of their treatment.

 

 

Purposes of the treatment

Personal data provided by the person concerned are processed by InnVenture for:

• the execution of supply contracts or the request for supply of services,

• sending of commercial information,

• sending newsletters or other commercial and business content,

• the improvement of the interaction of the Company with Customers and Suppliers;

• the compliance with accounting obligations, administrative and fiscal obligations, as well as all the other obligations required by the laws in force or required by the competent Authorities.

 

 

Communication of data to third parties

For the sole purpose of properly carrying out the institutional activity, some personal data of Customers and Suppliers may be communicated to third parties, public and private, related to the business activity. In these cases InnVenture takes all necessary measures to ensure adequate protection and security of data even if the recipients reside in foreign countries, within the EU or non-EU.

Retention and deletion of data

InnVenture keeps personal data for the time strictly necessary for the achievement of institutional purposes protected with appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

The personal data collected are deleted after a reasonable time according to legal and contractual obligations and, in any case, for a duration defined in the document Data Retention Policy of InnVenture.
